For the safety and well-being of all, children (age 11 and under) are not allowed in our vaccine clinics. Please leave your keiki at home or make arrangements for their adult supervision while you are receiving the vaccine.
For the safety and well-being of all, please do not come to our vaccine clinics if you have been diagnosed with COVID-19 in the last 20 days and/or have symptoms of COVID-19 (cough, fever, muscle aches, fatigue, trouble breathing, headache, etc…). Stay at home and get rest.

(Clinic registration is on Diamond Head side of the concert hall, near the parking lot)
Parking & Arrival
Parking: No charge. Enter from King St. into Blaisdell Parking Lot. ADA accommodations available.
We recommend standing in line to check in no earlier than 10 minutes prior to your scheduled vaccination time. Please arrive on site no earlier than 30 minutes before your scheduled time for parking.
Food and beverage stands are not open during this time, please bring your own bottled water. No food will be allowed inside the Concert Hall building.
