The Queen’s Health Systems – West Oahu Vaccination Clinic
Please review this guide to help you plan what to bring to your appointment and learn more about your vaccination.

For the safety and well-being of all, please do not come to our vaccine clinics if you have been diagnosed with COVID-19 in the last 20 days and/or have symptoms of COVID-19 (cough, fever, muscle aches, fatigue, trouble breathing, headache, etc…).

What to Expect During Your Appointment

  • You will be receiving the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine.  Please review the appropriate Vaccine Fact Sheet (linked below) based on the following general guide:
    • The Queen’s Medical Center-West Oahu Vaccination Clinic is located in the Clinical Services Center Suite 150
  • We will schedule you to come back to this clinic for your 2nd dose when you receive your 1st dose.
  • The second dose will be scheduled for 21 days (Pfizer) after the first dose to receive proper immunity.
  • The entire vaccination process may take about 45 minutes to 1 hour (this includes a 15-minute monitoring period).
  • Please avoid wearing long-sleeved clothing to help expedite your vaccination.
  • No animals allowed.

  • Face masks, physical distancing, and hand hygiene are required.
  • For 2nd dose, 3rd dose, and boosters: please bring your CDC Vaccination Card to be updated.
  • There is currently no co-pay associated with the COVID-19 vaccine.

Parking: Parking is available in the parking garage. Validation is available at the Vaccination Clinic. ADA accommodations available. Due to limited space and need for physical distancing, please do not arrive to the clinic more than 20 minutes earlier than your scheduled appointment. Thank you for your cooperation. 

  • There is currently no co-pay associated with the COVID-19 vaccine. 
  • One adult, 18 years of age or older, may accompany kupuna who have an appointment. 
  • Face masks covering the nose and mouth, physical distancing, and hand hygiene are required when you come to your appointment. 
  • The second dose will be scheduled for either 21 days (Pfizer) after the first dose to receive proper immunity.
  • No animals allowed.
