Fight COVID-19! Get Vaccinated

The Queen’s Health Systems is pleased to be administering the COVID-19 vaccine, offering an important layer of protection against the virus to our community. Mahalo for helping to make our communities safer by getting vaccinated!

The COVID-19 vaccine is now available at the Neal Blaisdell Concert Hall for:

  • Adults 70 years of age and older
  • If you schedule an appointment inappropriately, your appointment will be cancelled or you will be denied vaccination when you arrive at the clinic.

Vaccine supplies are very limited. The vaccine clinic must focus its efforts on our Kupuna who are 70+ years old this year. Please help us to protect them by waiting to schedule your vaccine if you are younger than that. Mahalo.

If you are in this vaccination group, please follow these instructions:

  • Complete the Registration and Scheduling process using the link below.
    • The link below is to schedule your 1st dose of the vaccine only.
    • 2nd dose appointments will be scheduled for you at your 1st dose appointment.
  • Use your legal name and information as shown on a state-issued ID.
  • If you are not part of the vaccination group above, please do not schedule a vaccine appointment here.

Vaccinations are by appointment only. We appreciate your understanding that no walk-ins will be allowed at this time.
