Fight COVID-19! Get Vaccinated

The Queen’s Health Systems is pleased to be administering the COVID-19 vaccine, offering an important layer of protection against the virus to our community. Mahalo for helping to make our communities safer by getting vaccinated!

The COVID-19 vaccine is now available at the Queen’s Conference Center:

  • Essential Workers that have received an Access Code for this location from their employer.
  • Adults 70 years of age and older

If you are in this vaccination group, please follow these instructions:

  • Complete the Registration and Scheduling process using the link below.
    • The link below is to schedule your 1st dose of the vaccine only.
    • 2nd dose appointments will be scheduled for you at your 1st dose appointment. 
  • Use your legal name and information as shown on a state-issued ID.
  • If you are not part of the vaccination group above, please do not schedule a vaccine appointment here.
  • If you schedule an appointment inappropriately, your appointment will be cancelled or you will be denied vaccination when you arrive at the clinic.

Please be ready to show your registration and company identification at your appointment.

  • There is currently no co-pay associated with the COVID-19 vaccine. 
  • Face masks covering the nose and mouth, physical distancing, and practicing hand hygiene are required when you come to your appointment. 
  • You will be receiving the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine. We will schedule you to come back to this clinic 21 days later for your 2nd dose.
  • If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please contact our COVID-19 Vaccination line at 808-691-2222.
