Prepare for Your Appointment

Please review this guide to help you plan what to bring to your appointment and learn more about your vaccination.

For Your Appointment

  • You Must Bring
  • Verification that you are part of the vaccination group will be checked when you arrive for your vaccination.
  • Face masks, physical distancing, and practicing hand hygiene are required.
  • There is currently no co-pay associated with the COVID-19 vaccine.

What to Expect During Your Appointment

  • You will be receiving the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine. Please review the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine fact sheet prior to your appointment and completing the pre-vaccination questionnaire. [Download Here]
  • The entire vaccination process may take about 45 minutes to 1 hour (this includes a 15-minute monitoring period).
  • We will schedule you to come back to this clinic for your 2nd dose when you get your 1st dose.
  • Please avoid wearing long-sleeved clothing to help expedite your vaccination.

  • Option 2: Miller Garage. Accessible via the Miller Street or Punchbowl Street entrances to Miller Garage.

 Arrival

  • We recommend standing in line to check in no earlier than 10 minutes prior to your scheduled vaccination time. Please arrive on site no earlier than 30 minutes before your scheduled time for parking.
  • Food and beverage stands are not open during this time, please bring your own bottled water.
